Heck no! So def water. It is plastic. The toilet can be positioned on the outside wall above the bathroom directly above the existing toilet. Existing soil pipe is on that same wall one flight down.

I am interested in a property. Floodline map shows there is no problem with flooding. The property has a window in the floor which shows a well and the water does not seem very far down. Reassurance or otherwise will be appreciated. Thank you
