Thanks, do you mean by 'make sound' to sand down any problem parts? Should we also seal it with something else before we Polycell it? Anxious not to end up with paint that looks 'sound' then peeling off the unsealed wall surface onto brushes/rollers as we decorate as this is a nightmare to fix...
