Wiring in Egypt

Please can anybody help me.
I have a coffee maker which has been supplied with a standard UK 3 pin plug.
I now need to change the UK plug for a 2 pin Euro plug so I can transport the coffee maker to my friends apartment in Egypt.
If I connect the live and neutral to the 2 pins what do I do with the earth wire?

Why dont you get a adapter for the 3 pin plug which converts 3 pin to a two. If u have cut the plug off wire it with a 3 pin plug again and use the adapter. There was no need to cut the uk plug off at all
