There's always room for one more

I've never understood how some people get to be (highly paid) presenters, when they don't appear to have any talent nor charisma at all.

And as for the program's subject matter - it is highly lazy viewing. Those who watch it can't even be bothered to waste their own time; they watch other people wasting their time instead.

The whole concept is ridiculous, pick around 12 complete morons from society and stick them in a house to make themselves even more stupid. The only people dumber than the contestants are the ones watching it!

I quite enjoyed the first two or three series of big brother when the housemates were all relatively normal people. since then the 'contestants' have all been hell-bent on getting themselves a bit of fame and hopefully milking it for as much as possible afterwards and the producers have continually tried to find the most bizzare and weird people to stick in there which in my opinion has totally ruined the show. The end of this series, and therefore the end of the show completely, can't come soon enough for me.

I've had an idea for a Big Brother Finale though - get all the past housemates together, stick 'em all in one big house, seal up the doors permanently and then turn off all the cameras and just leave them in there forever.

well that was the basic contradiction of it - its was supposed to be 'reality', but you had the most exteme people in the most unreal situation. It was anything but 'reality'.

in the paper the other day they interviewed a few of the past contestants, and Craig Philips has made over 180 programs and made 5 million quid, not bad eh ;)
