Hi,

As above, shower tray is now too big to fit my perfectly measured 1400 space.

Is this a fault or would it be classed as something like minor manufacturing differences?

I guess I could start hacking away some of the plasterboard but not too happy to be honest!

Thanks

£130 is cheap for a tray. Having said that trays costing 3 times the amount can vary in size. Just get on with fitting it and adapt the plaster board so it fits

Not having a pop at the OP... just a rant in general... funny how people know the cost of everything and the value of nothing.

Had an underling do a job for a long standing customer. It turned into a bit of a slog... not too much though, maybe an extra hour. Final bill should have been much higher, but we only whacked an extra £20 on to cover some travel and extra pipe work.

However, I've just had to reply to an email moaning about the "much higher" amount, "less experience", my guy having to "keep phoning" me....

FFS he went into the job blind as I had surveyed, had a really performance getting it done, but he did so professionally.... AND he only called me twice.

gggggrrrrrr....

Rant over.

PS... by much higher, I mean it should have been pushing £300, not the £160 it was.

Bet the daft mare forgot the VAT
