new to this forum and was looking for some advice please.
I recently fitted an MX element tray, 1200 x 800 quad with the riser kit and my customer has noticed a crack appearing going from the waste hole towards the back corner. The tray and riser kit are both supplied by mx. The crack appears to be half way between supporting legs and the area is depressed. Has anyone had problems with this kind of thing before as its the first one Ive had. The floor is wood. To me it looks like the tray is too weak to hold the weight between the legs.
