Hi I've recently coated a exterior front door with sadolin one coat woodstain rosewood it had been done a week earlier in one coat mahogany but the customer didn't like the colour,it's been done a week and is still not dry I've not come across this before and not sure what to do will it dry or do I have to remove it and if so how,any advice would be great

Wrong time of the year for outside painting/varnishing I am afraid, it will take ages to cure in the current damp cold conditions.
Explain to the customer and arrange to do it in the spring/summer next year.
I have been doing some painting in the garage, I knew it would be a problem and given each coat 48 hours to dry before re-coating but as expected still has that "tacky" feel to it.
Not too worried as it's only workshop cupboards that needed a tart up, but I would not do any important work at this time of year.

Thanks,yeah you're right it is the wrong time to do it I thought I might get away with it as is was a front door,do you think it will dry eventually and it won't do any harm to the door

Don't think it will do any harm to the door, but best left alone for now any attempt to remove with solvent will leave you with the problem of finishing the door in this weather again.
Worst case you might have to sand it of next year, but with luck it will have cured by then.
Customers always seem to leave it ring you in late autumn to say "my window sills are wet and flaking can you re-paint them before the winter?"

Give the door a wipe over with a damp cloth, gently, this should help to harden the paint off. You can always run your finger on the door edge with some washing up liquid to stop the door edge sticking to the frame.
