Hi there,

I've been living in a rented flat with a Santon TP150B for about 3 years, and the water pressure has been getting steadily worse over the last 6 months or so. The kitchen sink is very slow, the shower is a trickle and the bathroom sink splutters.

We had a plumber over a little while ago to look at a separate issue, and they commented on the bad pressure. They took a look at the tank and straight away said something along the lines of "Ah, there's a valve on the top that is causing that."

As far as I can tell there are two valves on the top. If anyone could shed any more light on this and whether it's safe to simply adjust one of these valves, I would really appreciate it. If there is any more information I can provide that would be helpful, please let me know.

Thank you very much!
