I have underfloor heating system (hall, kitchen, utility) but the hall has stopped working. Are there any checks/troubleshooting I could do to see what the cause might be?
Thanks!

Check the thermostat if it’s independent type, especially if it’s battery operated. Failing this I believe it could be the actuator.

+1,

take the hall's actuator off of the valve and see if it then warms, if it does then it may be the actuator, if not, as suggested, check the valve's pin moves.
May also want to drop a little pressure out of the system, 2 bar is a tad too much - 1>1.5bar is more than enough.
