No - everyone like you hates them, but everyone like you always has, and always will, irrespective of anything they do.
Being unpopular, people saying they won't vote for them, is not the same as being hated. Being unpopular, not being a voter pick - these things can be changed, so let's hope they get a wiggle on and change things PDQ. Getting rid of Starmer would be a good start.
But being hated by people like you - that can't be changed.
The delicious irony is that getting rid of Starmer, would lead to a surge even further to the left, which would result in them being hated even more.
