No evidence of that has been produced so far. You need to provide some specifics of what you believe she was actually doing to obstruct an operation taking place more than a hundred yards away.

Answer: by putting your steering on full lock away from the idiot that has positioned himself in front of your car.

It depends on the reason. They haven't given any specifics so we don't know.

Yep. A reasonable person could see that the two women were attempting to obstruct and interfere. We are then left with the use of deadly force when they attempted to flee.
