You don’t thing telling someone to flee who has been told to stop is a problem?

Potentially. But I've not seen anyone actually give any specifics of how it becomes a criminal offence. They are looking at the obstruction offence which I highlighted. How would it fit into any of that.

I've been thinking about this some more. Presumably, if Renee had driven into the agent and seriously injured him, there would be some offence committed by Becca for encouraging her to drive off.

You think the criminal accountability is dependant on the result?

He can’t accept it. He’s made his mind up.
I cannot believe anyone even the loony's cannot understand this. They still think they were innocent bystanders that got shot for no reason and it was unfortunate. My god I would hate to have MNW67 as my solicitor. I would be asking for my money back..

  OMG and you have had to think about that,, Jeeez. So you think you have to be seriously injured for it to be an offence to drive your car into someone.

I don't think he's ever been one.

I actually think that if you look at it to simply pick holes in then you can come up with a hundred and one reasons that she shouldn't have been shot. However if you look at it from a point of view of normality, by completely ignoring commands to get out of her car and you make the decision to ignore those commands then as an officer opens your door you accelerate towards another officer with a gun you can see how this has happened, let alone park your car in a way to obstruct the officers. Yes protesting is everyones right but there are rules and parking your car in the middle of the road and attempting to block the officers and attempt to run one over, then you can only expect a bad outcome,.
Applying that logic, hundreds would be dead in the Minnesotta demonstrations happening right now
