How’s Rachael from accounts getting on…..

Given that we import up to 50% of our food, part of the UK electorate (particularly those who find it hardest to make ends meet) should have thought about that before voting to devalue the pound
Why do you assume that it was those that found it hard to make ends meet voted to leave the EU? Nobody I know that voted to leave was finding it anywhere near hard to make ends meet.

"...driven by tobacco and air fares...." In other words, felt by the stupid and those with the ability to pay. Not daft our Rach
Yep from the man who makes pointless plane trips to slide down a hill with some planks tied to his feet

I wouldn't say pointless. One needs to be reasonably fit and healthy to ski. Healthy body, healthy mind and all that. Perhaps that's what is missing form your life.

Plus you can enjoy the mountains and meet some very different and interesting folk - Gerries, Austrians, Dutch, French, Swiss, Italian etc. I've usually had my fill of alpine food, by the time we leave (1 week skiing), but I do really like the simple Tyrolean dish Grostl.

Don't be frightened to educate yourself.

Rubbish - you are so lazy and unfit that you get the lift back up to the top.
