It was always obvious to me that this would be the case, the loonies will always make out a pleasant and lovely person when it is obvious that a polite and lovely person doesn't attend these protests in the first place place. He was clearly fighting officers and being violent on the day of his shooting. Why would he have needed two fully loaded magazines and a loaded pistol at a peaceful demo? I am surprised that you are still not painting a picture of a sweet and lovely man. His job ethics is irrelevant but his actions are clearly not.
I mean I think the agents did something bad. Maybe they ran him over. I would like to know why he was so angry. The video has clearly been edited so that it doesn't show what the agents did.

Seems pretty clear cut to me. An angry and violent demonstrator.
It's possible the ICE agents involved recognised him from the previous incident and decided to shoot him as an agitator - if that's the case then it's premeditated murder.
