The sensible man on the news says:

If I had been shot with a plastic bullet, for instance, even I might react like that.
Your brain would get the better of you and make you go home, unless you were armed and felt it was an even match.

Another report said they broke his ribs in this incident. So, maybe he was assaulted first. I can see how even the mildest person might lash out. We need more context. It looks like the video has been deliberately edited to avoid showing what happened beforehand.

I guess we are talking about the new footage showing him spitting and kicking out the back light of the ICE mobile, strangely on that occassion they only pinned him down i guess advising him to cool off and let him go without charge, arguably they really should have arrested him for that.

Does show him in a very different light from the passive life saving role saying a prayer down a hospital corridor for a deceased serviceman.

From the video he is carrying a gun while attacking ice. Lucky he wasn’t shot then.

He only kicked the car. I think people are getting a bit carried away.

When you say 'carrying' a gun, you don't mean holding it in his hand. It is in his waistband.

Do you really believe that kicking a car whilst having a gun in your waistband is grounds to be shot.

You’re missing out the spitting and fighting with the agents. Funny that.

I could walk past your car and kick the light in and spit at you then start fighting with you and you think that is reasonable behavior. How strange

That is a really stupid comparison.

Also, they attacked Alex. Not the other way around.

These agents are just looking for trouble. Why does it matter if he kicked their car. They don't own the cars personally. They have a $30 billion budget for equipment, which is bigger than the UK armed forces.

Something has clearly gone on beforehand. There are agents with gas masks everywhere. The video has been deliberately edited to avoid showing what happened just before. That by itself is extremely suspicious. As all reputable news outlets are pointing out.

You need to analyse it objectively and without emotion. Like I have been doing throughout.

Assaulting an officer + felony vandalism + resisting.

You’ve seen what happens to people who haven’t committed crimes.

Why don’t you kick the lights in on a police vehicle here and spit at the officers and see what happens.

At your trial, tell the magistrate that surely they can afford a couple of hundred quid for a replacement from their huge budgets.

These agents have deliberately engineered a war zone. And they are worried about somebody kicking their car. Pathetic!

Kicking a car is not assaulting an officer.

He spat on the car. Stop twisting everything.

He didn't spit on officers. He didn't assault officers.

Get a grip!

And stick to the facts.
