Perfect, thanks the other blue valve on the right should this be closed as currently looks open?

Both should be closed when finished topping up,and both need to be open to top up !
yes but its been left in an awkward position so dont worry too much about it many people just use the one
technically after filling the little pipe between the taps should be removed and the blanks put on . yet to see one done yet
Perfect thankyou, it’s been serviced multiple times and like you said just think the valve is in a awkward position
