Baxi 105he pump pulsing on/off

I haven’t checked polarity yet that’s next on the plan but apparently electrician carried out testing and certification 2 months ago (rental property) and it was all fine and boiler has worked perfectly since then.
when it tripped the power and when power was resumed it is doing as described in my first post.
Polarity check and correct voltage confirmation

Boiler is fixed! Polarity was good , voltage good aswell. It was the wiring harness to the gas valve which includes the spark generator. Tricky one I’ll be honest never seen that before. Thanks everyone for their input.

I’m guessing a break or something in the harness creating some sort of weird fault back to the board. It’s always such a squeeze with the wiring looms from the board in that left corner I’m not surpri the harness failed.

only ever had the lead to a 105 gas valve faulty once and that was about 20 years ago there is diodes in it seemingly , yep a strange one

I’ve worked on loads of 105e/he never seen it before myself. It was a call to Baxi tech in the end that solved it before I threw in the towel

Biggest problem I find with them is the hydraulic Venturi affecting the DHW flow switch
yeah venturis fall apart usually show up first on thermostatic showers , Tip to get all the bits out tape a bit of hose pipe to your hoover hose and quick switch on gets all the bits out
