Interesting to see Heggy brag that ships can be sunk in international waters and nowhere near the conflict.

I wonder if it has occurred to him yet that there are a lot of American ships, and servicemen, scattered all over the world.
 
It's war, it doesn't matter where you are. If you're in military uniform you are a valid target.
 
I bet he won't say that when the first American ship goes down.

He’s got what 80bn of naval assets in the region. The super carriers are hard to sink, but probably not that hard to hit if you overwhelm the CIWS.
