Let’s say that care home in your road goes out of business and is snapped up by the local mosque. Let’s say Friday prayers gets so popular they have to hold them every Friday outside in the street, causing obstruction and the local traffic wardens are told by the council not to ticket cars double and triple parked on yellow lines in case they upset the Muslim population.
