You're actually being very silly now. The Iranians have been protesting against the IRGC for years, the more serious uprising started weeks if not months before Trump got involved.

Trump can justifiably be criticised for many things, but to suggest he started the uprising in Iran, you are simply making a ***t of yourself.

Probably, but it makes no sense that the hostages were released a few days after Reagan was sworn in if there wasn’t some kind of sweetener.

It makes no sense that hostages were released ??? OMG I have heard it all. Should they have maybe given it a few months more so that nobody would think it is a bit suspicious. Jeeez

Turns out there was a sweetener, the US paid 30 billion for the return but their release was delayed to damage Carters chances of reelection.

Not quite the fact you are trying to prove, if a congressional task force could not find any evidence, I doubt that you have.
