Its just human nature to have a pnegative opinion of people you believe are persecuting you or people you know.
It doesn't make it right but that is just the way some people are.
Leaving Jews out if it, if Israel was populated by Albanians for example and they were treating Palestinians the way they are now treated by Israelis, i would guess that there would be a lot more anti Albanian sentiment rather than anti Jewish sentiment among Palestinians than there is today.
