I corrected that figure to the number killed and injured. It is still an under estimate because it does not count those killed by Israel's action of destroying infrastructure, including hospitals, killing medics, causing death through disease and famine.
You can dispute figures until you're blue in the face (which is probably most of the time, unless you're red, gammon-like), but the estimate of people, especially Palestinians and Arabs will always be an under-estimate.

Which would put it in comparable bracket for Palestinians, Arabs and all others which I previously mentioned, killed by Israel.
The true number of Palestinians killed is an unknown number, so to claim it's less, is meaningless until a definite fiigue is arrived at.
And that is impossible because Israel is busy destroying graveyards, making recovery of bodies impossible and secretly burying bodies in mass graves.
