And just 1 million for 17 years! The UK is a disgusting in these situations.
 
Dunno how they actually come to a figure for this type of compensation

Some one could have lost there house ? Marriage break up ?

Type of job ? Earnings ? Before convicted ? ????

Or one could have been

Unemployed ? Homeless ? Destitute ?
 
Apparently he does not have to pay for board and lodging whilst in prison

But

He does have to pay for all his legal fees that were incurred to prove his innocence ??

It’s to be stopped out of his compensation

He was on the radio news this morning
