Strange Plastic wedge

Any ideas what this piece of plastic wedged between the brickwork is? Just moved into house and there is no mention of this on the level three survey.

Best one I saw was the hollow handle from the spoon you get with a McFlurry.

It looks real. The fake ones are a more recent "innovation" from our newbuild heroes.
