Technically he 'only' pinned her against a wall pulled down her underwear and forced his fingers inside her as she begged him not to and struggled. In common terms that's rape but legally it varies depending on location and time. In other circumstances it's called "grabbing women by the pussy".
Trump was so unreliable/unbelievable the jury only needed three hours to agree he was lying and Carrol was telling the truth.
