    Yeah. It's not as hard as multi finish. Softer as you say. You can't really mix it wrong. Just needs to be thick enough to handle it. You can't really effect how hard it dries. I lash on 2 lots of PVA and leave to dry for a few hours before applying bonding helps. Walls will be dry as dusty.
