We have just purchased a bungalow which has a bathroom suite which is 21 years old and discontinued. We have contacted the makers "Villeroy and Boch" who have told us they cannot supply us with a seat for our toilet. The one on there at present is a pine one made by previous owners...

we had same problem in our bungalow - solved it by turning all taps on full at same time, after about 30 seconds a large airblock came out of our bath tap which was working fine, our sink taps now work a treat.

I am having problems with rads not coming on or having airlocks which i have to constantly bleed out. Each one of my rads has a thermostat valve attached, how easy is it for someone with no plumbing experience to remove everyone of these and to take the rads off and wash out with a hose pipe...
