Really yes, I wonderd if he was one of few that didn't air test or if it was the norm. Is the reasoning behind it as once the joints taped it may disguise a leak on the final tightness test?

Will the central heating be ok heating off the main 22mm run and flowing in to the branch of a 15mm tee and splitting both ways with a rad to pick up off both legs of the tee?

I am concerned as the rads on the solid walls are dropped in 10mm from 15mm supplying pipes above. Were as the one rad on the stud wall has 15mm pipe dropped down the stud wall and only going to 10mm on the elbow that exits the stud wall.
