Now that the heating season is over, could you quantify the gas usage and comfort in the house after WC? The reason I am asking these questions is that I have older model but haven't been able to configure it.

Is WC sensor doing its job by saving you on gas? If it is leave it as it is.

I have bought the pump on ebay, it is missing the sensor attachment. I think it does as there is pipe sensor that operates the pump on preset values for HW but wasn't sure hence the question. where can I get the pipe sensor attachment that goes with the pump?

I am facing the same issue. Before I install the boiler, I opened the flow switch to service it but couldn't get it out completely so turn the sealing nut back on. After installing the boiler I am facing the exact symptoms. Any ideas., Can't get flow switch locally.
