    As in its leaking because that's untightened itself and thus there's a tiny gap between the sink/seal? I'll give it a try. As for rubbish pipework; what's missing? That's the second little "sink" by the way, the main one is to the left - that might have a trap?

    Greetings, I've got some wire wool which I'm planning on using to deter a mouse, is it safe to put near pipes coming to/from my boiler? It says keep away from sources of ignition on the wool and although not strictly a source of ignition, surely if it gets hot enough it could catch fire?
