    Even if the gauge is stretched a bit.It shouldn't leak Need some pics of loft.We also don't use tyvek now,as it does give condensation problems.

    New Roof

    The gutter being low,Does emphasise the slight kick on your eave tile. The rib on the bonding gutter does kick the tiles a bit.i would have used a piece of 450x450 lead at the eaves then fitted the bonding gutter to minimise the tile kicking up at eaves level.

    They won't be stocking it as it will be to exspensive.There was something out the same 10 years a go, we only bought 1 tub as it was £60.The merchants were left with pallet full's of the stuff..

    it's a bodge job for 3 hrs work at least a metre in from verge would need stripping back Tile battens cut back and extended to fix verge correctly They have probably been grip filled on to existing mortar=cowboys Why ask for price after the horse has bolted ??????????????????

    No do not under any circumstance's do that Slate is cut with a slate knife and t piece or guillotine you could at a push cut it with a angle grinder with stone or diamond blade But be careful with angle grinders if you have no experience They bite in the wrong hands... :|
