    Does the person claim to be a member of any scheme such as NICEIC, ELECSA, NAPIT or others? They claim to be a member of Elecsa(might contact them) Funnily enough not had a reply from company after I pointed out the info kindly given by people on here. Thanks all.

    Can you give me a run down of the incorrect interpretations on the report,I think that lots of them are similar to what was "not to current standards" on LL gas certs,but are classified incorrectly. Cheers Lidds

Electric check on my buy to let and I get tons of C1 markers which I would equate to Immediately Dangerous on gas checks(such as open end gas pipe etc) Why is number 12 (cables under 50mm in walls) on the list categorised as C1...

    If your boiler is in the kitchen,please ensure he leaves NO clearances for future repair work , replacement or refer to any manufacturers instructions. But don't worry I think you will find most kitchen fitters do this as a matter of course :wink:

    Shower groaning

    On a gravity fed thermostatic shower the shower has started to groan and vibrates to other pipes.The noise gets worse when the head is lowered. Just wondered what may cause it.Its a Triton installed 7 months ago. Thanks :?:

    Removing cavity wall insulation

    Its a very narrow cavity and the insulation appears to be retaining water.I was hoping someone my have a way to remove other than taking bricks out every few feetThanks for the reply,cheers Graham.
