    Could we see pics of the new 'more efficient rads' please. Did the heating work downstairs prior to your new rads being installed? Try turning off the Towel Rail - any improvements? Is most of the main pipe work in the airing cupboard in 15mm or 22mm? If only 15mm could explain the poor flow.

    Open up one of the ethernet sockets, and look at the type/colour of its cable, hopefully you now know what type of cable to look for. Have you checked the loft? PS, there will be a cable from each socket to connect to the router/switch, they can not be daisy-chained.
