Thanks once again Mike and Swidders, your fault diagnosis was spot on. I partially filled up the HE Tank today and the pressure returned to the system. Boiler working fine now. I shall be talking for many months to come about what a great response I have had from you two guys. Just Brilliant !.

I cannot believe the rapid response! just fantastic !! Thank you so much swb (Mike) and Swiddlers. The outlet hole is only partially covered, so I will fill with a bucket as per your suggestion and replace the float operated valve if this does the trick. Will keep you posted. Thanks again.
