Hi - yes i used the 'dot & dab' method to apply the insulation plasterboards on the wall.. No problems with backing etc All the best with your project, feel free to ask anymore questions and ill be more than happy to answer from my experience!

I haven't had any condensation or mould since i've insulated the interior walls! And it also keeps the room warm for much longer after central heating is turned off.. Hope this helps. Any questions then do ask...

Thanks for the reply - by looking at the pic's do you think i can get away from drilling direct through the boards into the wall and using rawl plugs & long screws? (there is sufficient amount of adhesive on the boards where the rad will go - to prevent it from being cracked/pushed back etc...

Thanks for your comment.. I have extractor fans in bathroom & kitchen.. Also use a dehumidifier in the affected bedroom, drinks alot of water, been have for the last couple of months!! I have looked at different options & products, ive decided i will go down the insulated plasterboard route...

My only concern with this is visible joints - yes its a cheaper option than getting insulated plasterboards and skimming the boards
