Well, I have just finished the job. I took out the old flu fittings and replaced them with the Knightsbridge 7W LED under cabinet fittings I mentioned. I also removed the shaver socket (which didn't have an isolating transformer and plugged the hole. It was really awkward to get to anyway...

That's great! I have all those apart from Kimchi. Not because I don't like it, but because we haven't bought any recently.

Weight today... 136.7 kg. Swam 34 lengths of a 50m pool yesterday. Did 40 last week, but had a bit more time. Exercise is getting much easier and I can breathe more deeply. Plus, I am coughing far less than I used to. All bonuses!
