the low‑voltage bathroom extractor fan and the fused spur

It would be easier to change the MCB that protects the 6mm cable to a 32A one than fit an FCU and your local Screwfix or Toolstation will supply an SELV fan with transformer.

Cavity filled around air brick, - advice please!

Sorry I should have answered no to question 2 as woody has. It should not be constructed of absorbent materials so cannot bridge the cavity with moisture. Plus in your case you apear to have cavity wall insuation so unless you had a hose pipe directed straight at it then no moisture is likely to...

John Guest Speedfit control box issue

Shouldn't the pump control be set on a number instead of test position. According to blurb they have a 25 year warranty. Start up and commisioning section of this might help if you are new to the system. https://www.johnguest.com/sites/jg/files/2022-01/JG-UFH-Tech-Guide-Z2105-387-0116WEB.pdf

    Electrolux EWX14450 washing machine

I think a better explanation about "change the programme settings" might help. Do you mean when you first switch on or part way through a cycle. Do you have the same problem with all programmes ie. wash, spin only, dry only? You need to identify the wires you refer to better, as I am not...

Does it matter where the cold water entry point is?

Does that apply to gas pipes as well ,as I often see unused capped off pipes that have not been removed at the supply end and worry about the safety of them being left like that

    Waterproofing coat before painting?

Looking at what appears to be a lot of cracking of the render I wouldn't waste money having it painted. Have the old render knocked off and redone.

Cannon Range Cooker electric oven and grill overheating

Not 100% sure but it sounds like yor grill may be working normally but your oven regulator has failed as you suspect. If the grill was overheating then the overheat stat woulld trip and switch it off. Does it have a selector switch that turns it on/off independantly.
