    no...... its gives the symptoms of a sticking throttle cable..... but this has been thoroughly checked, and its all ok.......but thanks for the reply.

    .... was going to skim wall, if possible, and not re-tile..... but other walls are partially tiled, and I was going to tile over the top of these, but some of the wall areas need to be "brought up" to the level of the original tiles, by possibly putting on a skim of finish plaster..... what do...

    Need some advice, regarding the wiring of an extractor fan in a bathroom.....can it be supplied from the nearby immersion heater circuit, using a switched fused spur unit, as the nearest point of supply, is from a ring main socket, on the other side of the wall, which is already fed from below...
