    I drilled another hole to move throttle lever down the handle a touch to give me more at carb end. So you say not enough do i just need to move outer casing left or right or do i need to start again

    Post #12 mentioned spring was missing. One in the post to me. So I read what you wrote about clamping it up but you then asked if the lever could be moved more. So yes it can. So do I then do as advised or because the lever moves more I need to do something different

    Did you spot the spring was missing,need to get another but its so light that wont be an issue at present. I will look to do what you said soon. Mower is in conservatory at present

    So today the cable has arrived & ive taken some photots as requested. The cable just reaches where it clamps down so thats its position. I now need some infor please on where throttle lever should be in relation to where govenor arm should be befor i clamp it down.

    Didn’t want to go for 19 inch as inside of deck is 20 inches this 1/2 inch clearance from end of blade to deck so I’ve ordered 18 inch. 2 coats of paint under deck & now just going to apply it’s 3rd coat on top of deck.

    Ho can you tell that.The boss that it fits onto look the same so other than the length of the blade i dont see any di9fference unless you can advise
