The Toolstation one isn't even stocked anymore and isn't a security one anyway. If you want to buy a single security bit online you will pay a premium either in the cost of the item or for delivery. Or god forbid you phone up a local tool shop who will probably be able to get one if they don't...

If the frame was reinforced it'd be OK, otherwise yes through bolts are probably the way to go, perhaps with white plastic bolt caps on the outside? Assuming there's actually enough space to get bolts through ....
