I have been asked to quote to divide a garage into two parts.

The garage is attached to the property, the lady wants to use the rear half as a temporary bedroom and the front half into a utility kitchen.

Building Control aren't involved.

My question was going to be about the dividing wall, she wants a pocket door, I was thinking Fire door pocket door system.

But now im thinking change of use and BC have to be involved.
