Any wood front or inside to help with that?

Hello I’ve an old shed that has three of these hinges on the outside of both doors (open outwards) which have seized up and slowly destroying the wood they are affixed to. Any suggestions on how best to twice without making it worse? Thanks

Hello I thought this would be straightforward but after taking the socket apart I just want to clarify before anything goes wrong. See attached images showing the rear of the socket. Is the red live (there’s 2 cables) neutral black (again 2) and earth the twisted one? Is quite an old house.. Cheers

Hello Just looking for some suggested white (gloss I think) paint for one of my repaired windows that’s held in using putty? I’ve been told linseed based but there doesn’t seem to be anything out there. Cheers

Are these similar to terminal of glass in windows? Remove the inserts from inside them pop the outside inserts?
