    I would need to turn the water off, drain, then disconnect the handle, dish the rest of the water out and take the siphon out, replacing the rubber or the whole thing?

    They look very different. The new has its own back plate that can also take batteries (or batteries alone?) The old one is electrical only. Do I need to turn the power off to replace?
