Hello
The toilet I have isn’t flushing correctly. Sometimes works, more often doesn’t. It requires a hard pull or multiple pulls for it to work.
I’ve taken a photo as in not sure what bit is faulty. I assume the freeflo unit rather than the water filling bit (that’s the bit I’ve replaced in my other toilets at the old property.
Any suggestions?
Cheers

The diaphragm in the siphon is split ,it needs a replacement fitting.
Can't see what the water level is before flushing ,but raising it may be required.

Your pic shows the float valve ( water inlet valve),and the adjustment screw for making minor adjustments to the water level.
The diaphragm is inside the flush valve ( siphon)

The siphon ? That's the large thing with the green top.
I would need to turn the water off, drain, then disconnect the handle, dish the rest of the water out and take the siphon out, replacing the rubber or the whole thing?

It looks like an armitage shanks or ideal standard unit? Would you stick in the same or go for an Amazon special?

You could fit a complete new siphon as you outlined ,but the diaphragm is really all that needs replacing. It sits inside the siphon base. You would probably need to separate the cistern from the pan to either fit a new siphon completely,or just renew the diaphragm.
Can you post a picture directly to this thread of the full siphon , viewed from above.
I personally don't have a preference for any particular manufacturer.

The other toilet, of a similar design: ball cock and same green top siphon and lever (missing the handle cover, needs a good few hard pulls of the lever for it to flush. Same issue?

The siphon in your picture has to be removed completely.
The other toilet probably has the same issue.
What is constantly dripping ,is it from the float valve ( fill valve ) ?
