would be either flow/return and the cold feed ( the two iso valves that connect that pipe) they are not special no, one out of my aldi washer kit worked.

you wont need to drain anything, isolate both valves and replace.

It sounds like you have a block plate heat exchanger. Why was it replaced 3 years ago?

When you drained down the system did you leave it opened ended when pumping the EV ? Most likely you have a fault pressure sensor as it should have showed 0 bar when drained down.

you need to balance your radiators by the sounds of it.

have you tested the thermistors ?

bleeding your radiators will cause the pressure to drop.
