    0.8m x0.6m 12.5mm board repair

I stuck the pva in to the joints on neat as I wanted to get on with something today haha. Hopefully thats fine. Scratched back some of the right hand edge. It looks like it was filled previously for the same issue to be honest. When I cut the board out in the first place there did seem to be a...

Thanks @Wayners This is what I was going to pick up today https://www.screwfix.com/p/toupret-interior-filler-5kg-5-pack/184he So this will be better over the joint, fill and skim? Also just regarding the pva, does this just go into the joints neat? I assume this is just to seal the loose...

    0.8m x0.6m 12.5mm board repair

    Shower Tray Adhesive

Perfect. Thanks for the replys. I have seen those other polymers like CT1 and xpro stick foam. I'm just going with the tile adhesive as I can use the notch trowel to make sure its spread even. Is back buttering the tray advisable?

    Shower Tray Adhesive

Been reading and debating over what to use to stick down a stone resin and acrylic capped shower tray. Shower Tray and Joists

If I laid 6mm hardieback board down on top of the chipboard (Tile cemented+screwed) and it spanned both the joists, would that be sufficient. It will be siliconed and tanked from walls to the hardieback floor aswell. I'm just trying to avoid taking up any more of the floor than needed as the...

    Shower Tray and Joists

You are correct, I just assumed 18mm. I have corrected my original post. So basicly is the 22mm ply chipboard OK with the joist locations and ideally using 6mm hardiebacker board on top without needing to add any supports?

    Shower Tray and Joists

Hello all, Decided to give replacing my bathroom a go and probably over thinking it. Just trying to see if I need extra support or if I should be ok. My joists under the shower are running parallel with the tray. (1700Lx700Wx40H) The 18mm 22mm T&G chipboard flooring is running perpendicular...
