    If you follow the blue from your motorised valve cable (it appears yours is a black cable) then all the neutrals should be located together, it’s not the best photo to see clearly

    That looks like an unvented cylinder vessel and you shouldn't be touching that as you need to be G3 registered/competent.

    If there was no passing of the valves, and 1 is flow and 1 is return, then imo that points to the boiler, or did it drop when you opened back up?

    Usually down the condensate from the main heat exchanger, but I've just realised you've tried that.

    Pressurise the system to approx 2.5 bar, Isolate the boiler flow and return and unisolate the boiler after a period of 8 hours. If it drops before that it's the boiler, if it drops after that, it's the system.

    TMV’s ime are ok. I had a Bristan/Gummers that was good, steer clear of Reliance/John Guest -absolutely crap with support where blame is placed upon you.
