    are you sure the building inspector was talking about the drain ? or the space in which the toilet is ? If its the drain the bend that connects the loo can become a tee and a pipe go to outside through the roof. if its the space that needs ventilation then a fan and or window needs to go in.

    Help please :) I have got a new laptop for my better half and wish to set it up so it receives her email which currently comes to our desktop. We both have seperate email addresses. We have wireless internet in the house and the new pc and the desktop is hard wired. Help and patience...

    Presume you mean the flushing valve. Pretty sure you twist it and it pulls out. Then the rubber washer pulls off the bottom of the unit atached to a green plastic unit. This is the part you replace not just the washer.The washers tend to blister so let the water pass through.
