    Hi I found an Electrician to do an EICR but he is only registered for "Domestic installer" and not for "Rental safety report" . I called NICEIC, they said that's OK he can do EICR on blank form and not NICEIC form which is still acceptable. Your thoughts?

    I tried everything then called HOTPOINT to have a look, the engineer said fault in the insulation which is at the back of fridge compartment, beyond repair. They didn't charge for the call out; fair play.

    Hi I've got a hot point frost free fridge freezer, it's in flat rented to tenants. The fridge part is iced as in pic attached. It's set to the lowest 1. There is a manual switch, photo and function from manual are also attached. Any ideas? Thanks
