I had assumed the earthing straps on cars had a metal core Haven’t checked it There’s a way of avoiding static when exiting a car You exit by holding onto car metallic before feet touch ground

I’ll hazard a guess that freezers don’t work as efficiently at lower temps All I knew was that compressor dehumidifiers work on a similar principle and are suitable for temps above 15c

That’s a smart application bringing on the extraction I must remember that , one bringing on the other . Im used to thinking the other way round with 1 appliance disabling the other

I can see a meter and a few sockets What’s the control aspect to it preventing appliances running simultaneously Is there sensing relay/ contactor

Not sure about that one I’d politely consider it a bodge to install 2 isolators in series so close together
