I had assumed the earthing straps on cars had a metal core

There’s a way of avoiding static when exiting a car
You exit by holding onto car metallic before feet touch ground
I’ll hazard a guess that freezers don’t work as efficiently at lower temps
All I knew was that compressor dehumidifiers work on a similar principle and are suitable for temps above 15c

A lot of the newer sparks wouldn’t be familiar with the vibration associated with kango hammers from nearly 50 yrs ago
I can only recall a 230V hitachi atm but there was other models in use where i worked
That’s a smart application bringing on the extraction
I must remember that , one bringing on the other . Im used to thinking the other way round with 1 appliance disabling the other
